System Design

Change happens in small moments each day, but it also comes from the difficult and demanding work found in systems change. Education is a system based on decisions made in the past that continue because of inertia, momentum and tradition. How might we construct the next system? How can we reshape learning from a systems approach? In what ways does the friction of your system inhibit change?

Through consultation, presentation, and workshop, the work to reshape education takes root. It allows for fresh, outside perspective to examine how learning happens. This work allows for a cross pollination of best practices between the ideas that are emerging in districts throughout the country.
